Information For Cabin Crew

We are able to undertake Cabin Crew Medicals for UK CAA. We currently are unable to undertake EASA medicals and will update this information as soon as these are available again. Please confirm with your Airline which medical you require as the paperwork is different. As well as the medical, applicants over the age of 40 will require an ECG (heart recording).

Process for booking Medical

1. Book using the online system - in order to complete the booking you will have to pay by Credit or Debit Card. If you require an ECG this can be paid for at the time of your medical. After you have completed your application you will receive by email a link to complete our online registration form.

2. Download, print and complete the appropriate form.

3. You will receive a confirmation email and in the middle of the email is link to our online registration form. Please click on this link and complete your details

4. Northampton Hospital appointments are in the Northampton Heart Centre, Cliftonville, Northampton NN6 7TR. Please park in the main Car Park 1, and enter via the South Entrance. Go past M&S and to the right. On the right is a double life. Take the lift up to level two. On exiting the lift, turn left and then immediately right. Follow the corridor (it does a short right-left turn) all the way to the end and into the Heart Centre, just past Dryden Ward.

5. The Medic Clinic appointments are at The Medic Clinic, 90 The High Street Bedford,

MK40 1NN. The nearest car park is the Lurke Street Car Park, Bedford MK40 3HZ.

6. Beauty Innovations appointments are located at 7 Wood Street, Old Town Swindon SN1 4AN. The entrance is through the passageway to Mario's Italian restaurant and the entrance to the building is on the right hand side. The clinic is on the second floor.

What to bring to your medical

Please bring the following to your medical:

• Passport
  
• Glasses or contact lenses if worn (please be ready to remove contact lenses)
  
• Last medical certificate 
• Any documentation regarding ongoing medical conditions
• List of any medication taken (including "over-the-counter")

Fees and Cancellation Policy

The costs of a cabin crew medical are as below:

• Initial Cabin Crew Medical                       £175 (payable at the time of online booking)
• ECG (if required)                                     £75 (payable at appointment)
  

If an appointment is cancelled more than 7 days before the appointment, then there will be a full refund minus a £10 administration fee.

If an appointment is cancelled  between 3 and 7 days, then there will be a 50% refund.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 3 days, then there will be no refund.
